Please note that direct unilateral exchanges are not possible due to limitations in our ordering platform, and we cannot send out products without prior request.
Replacement is available for undelivered products due to shipment cancellations, after a direct consultation with an agent.
You can return or request a refund for the following:
a) If the product is defective
b) If the received product is completely different from what was ordered
In either case, the customer has the right to receive a replacement product, depending on availability. If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
